Nothing changes. Nobody changed the number for me, so I'm still unable to cash out.
I want to continue to do the survey daily, but only if I can be paid for it and not have to worry about losing what I've been taking time to give my opinion.

- Told I am not a match for every survey.
- I have emailed several times with no reply.
- I have not heard from Branded Survey since August 2023.
I have been told I am no match for every insight survey I have attempted for three weeks. While I know I wont qualify for every survey I also no that there I some I qualify for.
I have sent several e- mails inquiring on this matter but have never received a reply. I have not Farrell from Branded survey to any of my questions since Sugust 2023.

- 74 attempts since 9/29/25 to understand why I don't match for surveys.
- No email reply since Aug 2023; site phone leads to an incentives company.
II have tried countless times to get an answer to my inquiry on why for two weeks every time I try to take on insights survey it comes up I am not a match. I have counted my attrmpts(74) since 9/29/25.
I realize I wont qualify for every survey but there has to be something wrong if for this period of time I have not qualified for at least one. The only time Ai got a reply was we will get back to you soon. That has never happened. I have tried to get a customer service number to call but the number on their website goes to some company offering an incentive to try their product.
The way they treat members is lousy.
They should at least give me the courtesy of an explanation. I havent gotten e-mail reply to a question since Augudtvof 2023.
